The national apprenticeship training scheme (nats) is instituted by the board of apprenticeship training and practical training under the ministry of human resource development (mhrd) and the government of India. It is a national apprenticeship training scheme for providing skill development, practical skill, and training skill to fresh graduates, diploma holders in engineering any branches or departments. An apprenticeship training scheme for trade and ncvt or iti students for apprentice training provided by the ministry of skill development and entrepreneurship department.

  HOW TO ENROLL AN APPRENTICESHIP ON NATS MHRD WEB PORTAL  

Step 1: Go to any browser on your computer or mobile.

Step 2: Visit the official website.

Step 3: After clicking on "Enroll".

Step 4: The registration form opens then choose "a student". 

Step 5: Then select your state for example Karnataka.

Step 6: After selecting state then select the "have completed".

Step 7: Then select your degree like "diploma if diploma holders or engineering b.tech, b.e select graduation in engineering".

Step 8: Select your year of passing out.

Step 9: Then select "no' on apprenticeship programmed except as a sandwich student and select "no" on do you any work experience of one year or more, select "education mode like regular" after selected no "congrats" you are eligible to enroll.

Step 10: After the most important documents are mandatory then click “I’ve Above Data".

Step 11: Then enter your "mobile number" after nats send one-time password OTP then enter the password after entering your name as per SSC or matriculation certificate, type email and set password" then click 'save and continue', after reading guide then click I read, after filling your education details, your personal information, college detail, job preference, state after your registration form completed and you will get enrolled number.
